Price includes use of bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet and pillows, towels, tea towel, kitchen oven gloves, plus cutlery, crockery and cookware.There is a hob/stove, oven, washing machine, drying rack, and microwave oven. The price is the same for one, two or three guests. If the lounge chair is required as a bed an additional charge of £30 per stay (not per night) will be made. The chair/bed will be made up and converted to a bed before your arrival and should remain as a bed throughout your stay. (It is tricky to convert it to a bed and needs to be done by us).
We do not accept babies or children under 12 years old. Sorry no pets, animals are not allowed in the apartment.
25% non-refundable deposit due once the booking is confirmed in writing by the host and the remainder is owing 2 months before arrival. Please use the enquires page to request to book. Payment is by bank transfer. Booking conditions are sent by email before payment is required.
